“For we must all appear before the judgement seat of Christ, that each one may receive what is due to him for things done in the body, whether good or bad.” (2 COR. 5:10) 

This is not written to the world at large.  This is written to those who believe - to those in Jesus Christ, not to unbelievers.  If you think that you are beyond God’s judgement, because you are ’saved by grace'; then consider this verse - “Do not be arrogant, but be afraid.  For if God did not spare the natural branches, he will not spare you either.  Consider therefore, the kindness and sternness of God: sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, provided that you continue in his kindness.  Otherwise, you also will be cut off.” (Romans 11:20-22)
