“For we must all appear before the judgement seat of Christ, that each one may receive what is due to him for things done in the body, whether good or bad.” (2 COR. 5:10). 

This is not written to the world at large.  This promise of God’s judgement is given to his people - to those in Jesus Christ.  This is written to those who believe, not to unbelievers.  We should leave those outside the church to God’s judgement.  As the apostle Paul wrote, “What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church?” (1 Cor. 5:12).  If you think that you are beyond God’s judgement, because you are ’saved by grace’; then consider this verse - “Do not be arrogant, but be afraid.  For if God did not spare the natural branches, he will not spare you either.” (Romans 11:20-21)
